Paver sealing

Washed, re-sanded and sealed in one day, with commercial-grade sealers made for Las Vegas heat.

Why seal pavers here

Southern Nevada sun bleaches paver color, monsoon storms wash joint sand out, and oil, sprinklers and hard water leave stains. Unsealed, pavers fade and weeds and ants move into the joints.

A quality seal locks the joint sand in place, repels oil and water, blocks UV fading and brings the color back. Most sealed pavers here look their best with a reseal every two to three years.

What's included

  • Full power wash with a rotary surface cleaner, plus wand work on edges and steps
  • Stain treatment where needed, including oil and rust
  • Coarse joint sand added and kept below the paver bevel
  • A flood coat of sealer, then top coats for even color
  • Tape-off and clear cure-time instructions when we leave

Our process

  1. Deep clean

A 4,400 psi wash with a rotary surface cleaner and wand, then a full rinse. Stains get treated before anything else.

  2. Re-sand the joints

Coarse joint sand goes back in where it washed out, kept just below the paver bevel to lock everything in place.

  3. Flood coat

A full saturating coat soaks into the pavers and joints and builds the base for color and protection.

  4. Top coats

Additional coats even out the color across the whole job, so there are no blotchy or dull patches.

Choose your finish

Seal-n-Lock Super Wet sealer bucket

Super Wet

Deep, wet-look finish

A two-part, water-based urethane from Seal-n-Lock. It brings out the strongest color, holds up to our heat, doesn't peel, and reseals easily down the road. Our most popular choice for driveways.

Seal-n-Lock Natural Luster sealer bucket

Natural Luster

Softer, semi-wet look

A single-part, urethane-modified acrylic that enriches color with less shine. A favorite for pool decks, natural stone and anyone who wants a more natural appearance.

Not sure which? We bring samples, and you can see finished examples of both in the gallery.
