How pricing works

Every quote is based on square footage. The price includes everything needed for a lasting result:

• A full power wash and cleaning of the area
• Coarse joint sand added where it's needed, kept below the paver bevel
• A flood coat of sealer that soaks in and builds the base
• Top coats for even color enhancement across the whole job

Stain treatment, efflorescence removal, concrete color stain and stone sealing are quoted to fit the job.
